Close to downtown Colorado Springs, Ivywild School, hiking and biking trails – the sky is truly the limit on what adventures await!
The space
Once your find the house in the alley, enjoy the ample parking to unload your travel clothes. A spacious deck brings you closer to the outdoors and you’ll have a glimpse of the mountains, the sounds of a neighborhood including some chickens in the house across the street. You’ll enter from the former “back door” to the house into the spacious (for a small house) kitchen. Natural accents of stone and quartz, hardwood and tile abound throughout. The kitchen leads into the not-so-great-Great Room, furnished for a cozy night in or dinner for 4; gas burning fireplace, flat screen smart-TV, and an integrated speaker system. Both the bathroom and the bedroom are off the Great Room and have been fully appointed with your relaxation in mind.
