Two bedrooms, one queen and one full size with en suite baths, with walkouts to the back patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There is a twin size rollaway bed for one other person if requested. Trails (climbing, hiking or mountain biking) are at your doorstep. Thirsty? Bristol Brewery is less than 1 mile away in the converted Ivywild School.
The open floor plan and large gas fireplace makes for a cozy place to relax and read a book or watch a movie on the flat screen TV (basic cable). Hardwood floors, comfy chairs and tastefully decorated; you’ll feel at home the minute you enter.
Not a home body? N. Cheyenne Canyon, Seven Falls, The Broadmoor Hotel and much more are less than 1 mile away. Opportunities to hike, bike or just relax are yours for the asking. Thirsty? Hungry? Ivywild School is home to Bristol Brewery and many other unique food and beverage opportunities – AND it’s less than 1 mile away! Plenty of parking (driveway).
Other things to note
The house faces south and can be quite warm in the day (especially during the summer). There is NO air-conditioning, but there are fans. Colorado cools off significantly during the night, so usually it’s not required.
