      As a member of the US Army I move every 2-3 years. When I started looking for rental properties in CO Springs, some of the landlords required an up front “Pet” deposit and a monthly fee ($10-$20) in addition to the up-front deposit. Is this legal and if so what is a typical monthly fee for my dog/cat?
