Mr. S has owned and managed a 4-plex for several years.  The time commitment necessary to successfully manage the building has become overwhelming.  After several failed attempts to hire a professional property manager, Mr. S hired Superior Rental Services to perform all administrative tasks associated with his property.  Mr. S retains responsibility for rent collection, lease signing, and security deposit management, while Superior Rental Services performs the following services as needed:

  • Prepare the property for rent (clean, paint, repair)
  • Market the property for rent (create marketing material)
  • Tenant screening
  • Coordinate tenant move-In
  • Periodic Property Inspections
